 The 8th of March is the holiday of Spring Beauty and Love. Charitable Christian Fund “Solidarity”
has a lot of them. This day the workers and the volunteers of the Fund hold the party devoted to the Women’s Day. There was everything here: competitions and prizes, dances and communication, treatment and sincere smiles. There was a lot of fun without alcohol.
The workers of the “Solidarity” are very pleased that many new young people come to their parties. Such parties are not a mere entertainment, but the popularization of the healthy life style. And we thinks it is the success because many people always come here.

 These days Charitable Christian Fund “Solidarity” has organized the action which aims to provide the children, whose parents are imprisoned, whith Christmas gifts.
The goal of the action is re-newing the family ties. It is not a secret that most of the families of the imprisoned are very poor. That is why the volunteers of the fund decided to organize the support and remind about the relatieves. Every imprisoned had a possibility to write a greeting card and give the contact telephones or addresses. The volunteers of “Solidarity” prepared the Christmas presents.

 At the Holiday season Charitable Christian Fund “Solidarity” (Ivano-Frankivsk) organized and held the Christmas Ball for the sponsors of the project “Food Bank”.
The Charitable program “Food Bank” provides needy children of Ivano-Frankivsk with food.
During the Christmas Ball there was a show of children. The sponsors expressed their eagerness to participate in the project next year. At the Ball they collected money on food products and sweets for the needy children whose parents are in prison now.

 The Project includes providing food packets for the needy children.
Many families in Ivano-Frankivsk are very poor because of the social problems as well as of alcohol and drug abuse, divorces, physical disabilities, unemployment. In such cases children suffer most of all. Many children even cannot receive the necessary nourishing food. Therefore you can often see hungry kids begging on the streets. |
